Harvest Feast 09
Saturday, November 14th, 6pm

Atonement Lutheran Church
308 1st Avenue, Asbury Park
Suggested donation price is $10 per person
(Ask us about group discounts.) 
This will be a fundraiser for The Garden of Joy Projects.

Menu
Our Garden of Joy Volunteer Chefs have created a delicious fusion menu based on our garden produce!  Letting our imagination take wing, we present:

Entrée choices:
Chicken with Jerk Sauce
Chicken with barbecue sauce
Cabbage leaves stuffed with tuna
Cabbage leaves stuffed with tofu
Caribbean style spicy Roast Pork
    (a big hit last year)
Garbanzo beans with coriander and potatoes
Eggplant stew with cilantro, sweet potatoes,
    peas and coconut milk
Accessories:
Salad with field greens and other vegetables
Steamed squash and green beans
Brown rice, jasmine rice
Bread

Desserts include:

Chocolate mint pudding cake
Bread pudding with raisins and French
    melon sauce
Fruit and yogurt

Other surprises: Assorted teas, coffee, water and drinks for the children
